I am a managing partner that is serving as the Vice President of Operations and Business Development. This team of partners has come together to support a continuously growing and improving organization. The company will focus on customer service, consistent high quality products, and producing and delivering functional minerals that bring value to our customers.

My mineral career started out in 1987 working in production at a perlite mineral processing plant in southwest Michigan. Over the last 36 years, I have been blessed to work with amazing people through-out the mineral industry and around the globe. My career provided me the opportunity to work in a broad spectrum of functions including technical services, quality control, quality assurance, plant management, regulatory support, commercial development, operations management, commercial management, and general or division management.

My career carried over into my hobbies including rockhounding, cutting and landscaping with rocks and stone work. Minerals are used in so many different areas of our everyday lives, it keeps my interest growing to this day. I am looking to utilize these experiences and interest to support the success of our customers, as they grow their businesses.
